ThinkYoung STEM School
Rok 2025 był szczególny — obchodziliśmy 10-lecie naszej STEM School (wcześniej ThinkYoung Coding School), poświęconej rozwijaniu edukacji STEM i dającej młodym ludziom szansę odkrywania nauki i technologii poprzez praktyczną naukę.
Nasze programy nauczania ewoluowały na przestrzeni lat, aby zapewnić wszystkim uczniom — niezależnie od ich pochodzenia czy poziomu umiejętności — dostęp do najnowszych technologii. Ostatnie aktualizacje obejmują nowe moduły dotyczące sztucznej inteligencji, robotyki i metaverse.
W ciągu minionej dekady ThinkYoung i jego partnerzy przeszkolili ponad 1900 nastolatków w Europie, Azji Zachodniej i Afryce, z czego ponad 60% uczestników stanowiły dziewczęta.
Kraków:
udana pierwsza edycja!
26 edycja, zorganizowana w Krakowie we współpracy z Bentley Systems, zgromadziła uczniów w wieku 16–17 lat na trzydniowym bootcampie poświęconym programowaniu, inżynierii i robotyce.
Ta edycja koncentrowała się na inżynierii infrastruktury — pomagając uczniom zrozumieć nie tylko to, jak infrastruktura działa, ale także dlaczego ma kluczowe znaczenie dla budowania kariery opartej na wpływie społecznym oraz dla poprawy jakości życia nas wszystkich.
Poza praktycznymi warsztatami, Szkoła kładzie nacisk na myślenie krytyczne, komunikację i pracę zespołową, wyposażając uczniów w umiejętności i narzędzia potrzebne do budowania lepszej przyszłości — dla siebie i swoich społeczności.
O naszym zespole dydaktycznym
Cení Campos
A Mechatronics and Robotics Engineer, currently serving as Ambassador and Instructor of Educational Robotics at the Causa-Efeito Robotics School. She is also a Trainer within the National Vocational Training System in the field of Automotive and Industrial Mechatronics. She began her post-graduation career at a startup, teaching Robotics and the Internet of Things (IoT) to children and teenagers on a voluntary basis. Later, she became a Robotics teacher and founded a Robotics Club at an international school, where she coordinated projects that impacted more than 400 students. Under her guidance, several of her students achieved national and international awards in Robotics competitions.
Emanuel Antônio
He is a software developer specializing in engineering and software development. He has experience building robust APIs using technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, and relational databases. He is passionate about technology and continuously explores new tools and approaches to deliver efficient, modern, and problem-oriented solutions, consistently advancing his expertise in the field.
Mário Jorge
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from ISPTEC - Instituto Superior Politécnico de Tecnologias e Ciências With extensive experience in teaching Mechanical Design and Machine Components, currently serving as Coordinator of the Robotics School at Causa - Efeito, Sistemas Integrados de Ensino de Robótica.
Cesaltino Félix
He is a Computer Engineer currently working as a Software Engineer at Africell Angola, SA, where he develops technology solutions and collaborates on projects for international companies. He is also an IT instructor, with experience teaching technical courses, and a final-year mentor, supporting students in project development and preparing them for the job market.

Gilson Chipombo
He is a full-stack developer with hands-on experience building real-world web applications using React, Node.js, and Laravel. He has a strong background in backend development, RESTful APIs, and relational databases, with a focus on clean architecture, performance, and maintainability.

Noé Mulonde
Graduated in mechatronics engineering from the Methodist University of Angola and co-founder of Causa -Efeito, Sistemas Integrados de Ensino de Robótica. Currently working on the development of educational robotics simulators, focusing on mechanical design, 3D printing, and embedded systems programming.

Global Shapers Luanda is a dynamic team of over 20 young Angolan professionals and leaders, part of the World Economic Forum’s initiative. They focus on local impact through projects on health, education, and economic growth. Their work addresses topics like environment and health, education, entrepreneurship, and leadership, as well as equity and inclusion.
A Causa – Efeito, Sistemas Integrados de Ensino de Robótica is an Angolan startup focused on developing educational solutions for teaching robotics, closely following technological innovations in the market.
ThinkYoung to organizacja non-profit, której celem jest uczynienie świata lepszym miejscem dla młodych ludzi poprzez angażowanie ich w procesy decyzyjne oraz dostarczanie decydentom wysokiej jakości badań na temat sytuacji młodzieży. ThinkYoung prowadzi badania i ankiety, realizuje kampanie rzecznicze, przygotowuje propozycje polityczne i opracowuje programy edukacyjne – do tej pory projekty ThinkYoung dotarły do ponad 800 000 młodych ludzi.
